Orders are processed as soon as they are placed and unfortunately cannot be cancel once made. You can however return in accordance with our return policy any unwanted items for a full refund

Unfortunately once your order is placed we try our best to fulfil it immediately, hence you won't be able to cancel your order, you would need to return the unwanted items for a refund or place a new order.

Can I edit my Order?

Orders are processed as soon as they are placed and unfortunately cannot be edited once placed, however, please contact us via customercare@justprettychic.com to try to assist with such circumstances.

My Item was damaged after wearing/using it

We take pride in the quality of our products and can assist should such circumstances take place, however, if items have been used or de-tagged, we unfortunately cannot accept the return of such items.

How do I return an Item?

If you decide to change your mind for any reason about your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of the date you received it. While we are more than happy to return your item and refund the purchase price, we unfortunately do not accept exchanges of items. Any other item desired on our site will have to be purchased as a separate order from the items being returned.
