Standard Delivery takes 14 to 21 working days

We always recommend international customers check their delivery destinations for additional requirements for import and custom charges.

While our couriers continuously strive to ensure your packages reach as soon as possible, unfortunate delays can take place especially with COVID-19. Deliveries usually take around 14 working days to get to you after being placed, though they can take up to 21 working days on occasions. Also, products ordered may be delivered in different packages and on different days. If a delivery is taking longer than 21 working days, please get in touch with us on customercare@justprettychic.com so we can look into the matter.
