UK delivery times vary by product, selected option and delivery service. Where we have a complete, current supplier estimate, the product page shows an estimated arrival window that includes dispatch processing and transit. Longer delivery windows are shown as standard delivery; shorter supported windows are marked faster delivery.
If an estimate is being confirmed, contact customer care before ordering when you need an item by a particular date. We do not treat a supplier's fast-delivery badge as a guaranteed arrival date.
Select your product option to check its estimate. Working-day estimates exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Calendar-day estimates count every day. Arrival windows are estimates rather than guarantees, and may change before dispatch.
Items can have different delivery windows and may arrive in separate parcels. Check each item's estimate in your bag. Shipping charges and available destinations are confirmed at checkout.
Use your dispatch confirmation and tracking information for the latest parcel updates. Customs checks, carrier disruption and delivery-location restrictions can affect arrival. Product estimates on this site currently cover supported UK destinations; they are not a worldwide delivery promise.
We’re happy to answer any questions you have or provide you with an estimate. Just send us a message in the form below with any questions you may have.
